Fjora Resort
On the way to opening day

Fjora Resort is taking shape

Fjora Resort began in 2024 as an idea that gradually grew into the resort we are now bringing to life together. Every day, we are working with enthusiasm to make that vision a reality.

After a period of designing, planning and securing the necessary permits, construction is now well underway.

From the first groundwork and the installation of the holiday homes to landscaping and finishing touches, this page gives you a behind-the-scenes look at our progress.

We regularly share new photos and updates. Thank you for following along as Fjora Resort takes shape! We are working towards opening in February 2027.

The first holiday homes enter production

Production of the first holiday homes has begun at SC-Steelframes, marking an important step in bringing the resort to life.

♻

Sustainable production using recycled car steel

The steel frames are made from steel recovered from dismantled cars. This high-quality, fully recyclable material gets a second life and supports a circular economy.

Thoughtful materials, lasting impact

By choosing materials carefully and manufacturing in controlled conditions, we are creating a resort with the future in mind.

Fjora Resort is starting to look more and more like the place we envisioned! All six-person and four-person holiday homes have now been installed, along with our distinctive two-person Mirror Lodges. Even the reception building is in place. Where we once studied drawings and artist impressions, we can now walk between the homes and see how everything fits together. It is quite something to experience!

The first terraces are in place, and the park is finding its character

There is plenty happening around the holiday homes, too. Versteeg Recreatiegroen is busy with the next stages of landscaping, and the first terraces are already in place. The water and electricity connections have also been completed. Little by little, the outdoor spaces where guests will eat, unwind and enjoy the surroundings are becoming easier to imagine. It is these details that make the difference, turning a collection of holiday homes into a resort where everything feels connected.
